The Spirit with the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he has sent me to mend the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance towards the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them which are bruised, with regard to Jesus from Nazareth, that God anointed him Together with the Holy Spirit
